Hello there.
great to know that. As youre going to complete your graduation in july 2018, so you can apply for DULLB 2018. And if you clear the entrance, then you need to have minimum 50% marks in your graduation. And thats when you become eligible for the seat .
So you can apply now for dullb 2018.
