Since you are a B.Tech student and there is no specific qualification exam code for B.Tech, you can fill the NEET application form on the basis of your Class 12th details only. You should keep ready both of your transfer certificates of class 12th as well as of engineering.

since you are in b btech final year student so your neet qualification code is 07 .
code 07 states that Any other examination which in scope and standard (Last 02 years of 10+2 Study comprising of Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology; which shall include practical test in these subjects) is found to be equivalent to the Intermediate Science Examination of an Indian University/Board, taking Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology including practical tests in each of these subjects and English.
And at the time of addmission you need to provide your transfer certificate of institution where you are doing btech now.
