sir i am sc cast for district social welfare officer and i have apply UPSC exam but i have gujarati language cast certificate in 10 year old so is that valid or not for this exam?

Hello Dear,
Caste certificate is required at the time of document verification. So if you applied under any any reserved category then you must produce your valid certificate at the time of Document verification/Interview. Usually, a caste certificate remains valid for the entire life of the individual. However, in some states, the validity is restricted to certain time duration, i.e. 3 years. The individuals who receive the caste certificate can see its validity mentioned on the certificate itself. So language does not matters it must be valid.
