Hello Giriganta,  first of all 528 are really good marks. So congrats. And with this marks , eve general category students can get government college. So,  as you are in BC class,  For you it is easy to get admission in government medical college in telangana under state quota. As per the last year cut off students with 450+ got seat in government colleges. So you will get the seat.
