Sir I am scoring 563 marks in neet UG 2019 can I get seat in IGMC Bihar this year under state quota?

As we see, your score of 563 is actually well above and well placed than the cutoff for this elite college. Accordingly you should get in, but we have seen 2 major aspects in this year's NEET

1. Easier level of paper.

2. Skyrocketing of Examinees.



These 2 factors most likely are to raise the cutoff throughout India and hence the cutoff for IGIMS too might go up.

But as far as I think, the bar wouldn't be raised so high as to reach your score and hence there's an almost 90% chance that you would make it through.
