Sir, I am studying in 12th standard Commerce ..recently going through this website.. I just want to ask about 'best of 5' system . Is there best of 5 subject calculation method in this 2020 year?

Are you asking about DU B.com admission? To be eligible for B.Com programme candidates must have an aggregate of 60% or more in English/Hindi and combination of three best among the following subjects: Mathematics, Accountancy, Economics and Business Studies/ Commerce. The DU B.Com eligibility criteria will be different if candidates belong to other streams.
