    sir i am studying in mobile .so my eyes and mind get stress and feel like pain.so tell me which spectacles i should prefer.i never prefered any spectacles but due to my online study doctor and parents advice me for spectacles.tell me which quality spectacles i should prefer .for day night study

    Pathan, your spectacles should be prescribed by an Opthamologist and not by us. Because you might need some power in the glasses. So instead of taking advice from us or any general person, we would suggest you to consult an Opthamologist. Eyes are sensitive organs and we cannot play around with them.
