Hello Susan,
It is not mentioned anywhere on the CTET website that those who have done distance learning course are not eligible for CTET. What you need to remember is that the university from where you have done your distance education should be recognised by the Distance Education Council and University Grants Commission. You should also have a minimum of 50% in your Bachelor's course.
