Hello Prasant,
As already the NEET cut off for any medical college is high and Andhra Pradesh has one of the most old and renowed colleges. Although the OBC category has a bit relaxation so you have the liberty to score till 550 marks maximum. That means your ranking should range beterrn 10,000 to 20,000.
