Just be relaxed and don't panic. Sometimes due to exam pressure we tend to make such mistakes. You can recover your email id if you remember your recovery email id or your phone number which you used while creating an account. Just select the forgot email option and type in your recovery email address or phone number and then you can get your email id easily.
