I am sorry but your question does not mention which college you are talking about. Also, you have not mentioned your category too. So it is difficult to predict your chances of getting a MBBS seat. However, assuming you belong to general category, the chances of getting a government MBBS seat is very very less. The cutoff for general category for govt colleges are atleast more than 450 to 500 marks in NEET.

Also, coming to defense reservation, it is applicable under 85% state quota. It comes under horizontal reservation and the percentage of reservation can vary from state to state.
