    Hello,

    No, you cannot change your category. The document verification is done in online mode and all the documents will be verified in online through various web services from government departments. So you cannot physically present and provide the certificate unless your document verification could not be done online. In such cases you need to report at the help line center and complete your document verification. But you cannot change your category.
