For Availing any Quota benefits you must have a proof for that. I understand that currently EWS students are facing certificate problem.but still you must try to get it done as soon as possible as only after a valid authentication you can be granted the quota benefit. And please consult NEET helpline for updates. As changes are made everyday maybe it will help.

Dear candidate,
If you have the option to edit your category for the second round of counselling in your state you should change your category.Generally this option is not there.
The other thing you can do is contact the officials who handle the counselling through your state counselling site and explain the situation to them and ask for help if the above option does not work.These two things are the only thing according to me which you can do.
