Sir i belong to an obc category nd i got 88 marks in CEE 2019 ...will i get any goverment colleges with this marks?

As per your rank you do have chances for getting admission in one of the govt college under CEE Assam.
But, of course you won't be able to make it to the top institute like AEC,JEC.
