Dear Anumita, 436 is a decent score. In 2018, under State Quota, 3 colleges gave seats to score lesser than that in General Category.
You have a fair chance at these colleges. However, cut off changes every year and is dependant on various factors like total no.of candidates appearing for the exams, top NEET score, difficulty of the exam and no.of seats available. - Johrat Medical College: 426
- Tezpur Medical College: 420

According to the last year cut off, you will get some of the govt. colleges in Assam under state quota seats. Last year the students who got 420 or more Mark's were able to get govt. Colleges. But this year cut off may change because it depends upon a lot of factors like no. of seats in the college, no. of candidates applying, performance in the exam and difficulty level etc.
