Tseamcet is the entrance exam conducted by ts state board to get admission in engineering colleges
With your rank you won't get ece branch in JNTU, osmania
Here are the list of colleges predicted with your rank and branch
- Chaitanya bharathi institute of Technology
- Anurag college of engineering
You won't get ece branch in the colleges you mentioned, but you will get other streams in
- Mahatma Gandhi institute of technology

Based on your rank and caste it's really hard to get admission in above mentioned colleges according to cuttoff rank provided by the college in your preferred branch you need to score below 8k rank but there is a chance to get admission in other branches like civil mechanical
There is a chance to get admission in anurag which is located in ghatkesar According to 2018 cuttoff rank
