Hi, Pruthviraj

Neet is an all India common entrance examination for the medical aspirants to get into the undergraduate courses in both government and private colleges.

Admissions into bams colleges are done in three ways

  • Government
  • Semi government
  • Private

The minimum marks required for a general category student to get into the government colleges is 420

For semi government it is between more than 350

For private it is more than 300

So, you can join most likely in the government colleges, but you'll have some competition as you got the border cutoff marks

Goodluck
