Sir I can get 48% in 10th and my 12th Mark's is 63%. And Today I am in BCA 1st year. after my bca completed I can go for abroad study ?

yes you can go for abroad to study.
there are various courses available which is 2 years master course or master+phd integrated course. also there is some certain exam like ielts, toefel etc you need to qualify.
