You are eligible for the graduate level job exams like SSC CGL etc if your university is recognized by the UGC. But you won't be eligible for exams like SSC CHSL as its basic qualification requirement is Higher Secondary i.e., 10+2 exam.

So you should read the notification carefully then only apply for the examination.
