Sir, I did 10th in CBSE and passed with 470/500 in June 2021. Presently doing 11th CBSE. Wanted to know if i can directly do NIOS 12th standard this year and take up exam in May 2022. Will I be eligible for NEET 2022. Is NIOS recognised for NEET 2022. Please check and revert

Hi, Thank You for your response. For NEET 2022, the candidate should be 17 years of age by 31st December 2022 or by December 2021. Please can you revert wrt year. Thank You

Hello!

NIOS is recognized for NEET 2022. Provided  you pass 12th boards with subject combination of PCB i.e physics, chemistry and biology. English should also be there. For general category the required percentile of marks is 50% for unreserved category it is 40%.

Also to be eligible for NEET you must be of 17 years age or more by 31st December 2021
