I would like to tell you that you forgot about what mistakes you have made, first concentrate on your studies for exam. This problem will be solved when after clearing exam, you will go for documents verification as if your original date of birth won't affect terms and conditions to seat in ssc mts then there will not be any problem.

Sir in the process of filling the application of mts i have mentioned appearing instead of passing and I have not given the details pertaining to the 10 class marks ,marks etc.....so what can we do now sir???

My 10 th class marks sheet is not having with me right know
Can I take study conduct certificate to attend the ssc mts exam?? Or any other solution for this??
