Sir, I didn't get my certificates yet...can I provide custodian certificate instead of it....If no then tell me some another way.

Hello Harika,
No problem if you didn't get your certificates yet, you can submit your custodian certificate instead. And later when you receive your original certificates then you can submit it again to the TSICET officials or directly to the college in which you have taken admission.
