sir, I didn't write my degree second semester exam. that exam Will be scheduled in the first week of November. at the type of counselling I can't submit my degree marks memo xerox. Will I get admission? if no suggest possible ways?

You have mentioned the regarding the counselling you are enquiring. Generally, you are not eligible to participate in the counselling or get admission if you do not pass in the qualifying exam that is Bachelor's Degree and obtain the certificate on or before the last date as specified you will not be eligible to get admission. You have to meet the eligibility requirements at the time of admission. If you not obtain Bachelor's Degree certificate on time then you have to wait for a year and apply next year for admission or take admission in any other institute.
