Sir I don't have a domicile certificate of Uttarakhand but have completed my 11 and 12 from Uttarakhand so am I eligible to attend Uttarakha

As per the eligibility Candidates who are not Domicile/Permanent residents of Uttarakhand but have passed Class 10 and 12 from a recognized educational institution in Uttarakhand.
