Sir, I dont have a resident certificate now. My document verification is scheduled on July 10th. Can i do something about it.

Yes, till then you will have to submit an application to the concerned authority. This application should mention why you do not have the residence certificate and till when you are going to submit it. The authorities will probably accept your request. Best of luck.
