Generally, to get admission in reputed institutes you have to qualify any of these exams, CAT, MAT, XAT and CMAT. Some cases reputed Universities/Institutes will conduct their own entrance test to for the students those who missed the chance to appear national level tests, like Lovely Professional University(LPUNEST) and SRM University(SRMJEEM) . This test will give you eligibility to join in that particular Institute/University. Before joining any institutes you must have to check these parameters, Parameters are 1) Placement 2)Faculty and 3)Infrastructure. Because these things will help you to enhance your career.

There are some colleges who offer MBA without CAT,MAT etc.. they just need 50% result in graduation.But the thing is MBA value is depend up on institutional value. If you want to get admission in a decent average MBA college you will have to attend entrance examination like CAT,MAT,XAT,CET Depends on college demands.So i recommend you to grab next attempt on entrance examination and you can join in following academic year.Its not a certificate its exam and in the end you will recieve a score card which you will have to submit to your college.

Hey! Cat mat xat etc are not certificates. This are exams, where you wont get a certificate even if you top the exam. Life is sometimes cruel you see!

Now, if you want to do MBA, appear for for the exams- CAT, XAT and others; score good marks and you are almost half way there.

No need to get confused ,its simple as you  need to write CAT/MAT ,based on your score ,you will be getting selected for the next round of GD and PI.If you are aiming high then need to follow this process.all the best

Jay in order to get admission in any college you need to give atleast one of the MBA exam like for admission in FMS Delhi you need to give CAT exam and I assume you must be aware of the process that giving any exam is not enough. You need to score very high on the exam along with that you need to have a very strong academic profile so that you can get a call for second round of WAT, GD and interview. And after performing well in the second round if you stand on the merit list then you get an admission ticket in the college.

If you are looking to get admission this year without any exam i.e. direct admission then you can look for colleges through management quota but believe me the colleges which you will get will be of low level and which will hamper your growth in the career and this college name will be your lifetime tag.

So, I will highly recommend you to prepare for a year, sit in the MBA exams, score high and then end up in a good college.

Hello Jay! I am sorry to say but FMS accepts the score of CAT only and you can only apply to it after appearing for that exam. You won't be able to apply if you haven't appeared for it. Try for it next time. Hope this helps.
