You should not worry. As site might have slowed down due to high traffic. So you should check on your registered gmail and phone number for login details. Atlast you can call on helpline phone number and mail on helpline mail.

There might be a couple of reasons why you are not able to view your rank card. If you have recently had a change in your 12th board marks and have not updated them yet, you cannot see the rank card because your EAMCET rank is determined by 25% of your 12th marks and 75% of your EAMCET score. If you have applied for re-evaluation or cleared supplementary exams and have not uploaded them, you might not be able to view your rank card. Please look into that once. there are 2 possibilities in which this could be happening. 1st is either more prople are accessing that the server is not responding properly. 2nd there is a host error in your computer. try to clear cookies in the browser or try another one. or else use a different network. to solve in case of any network traffic use vpn.
