274 is a very low score and chances are nil for that score even though you come under obc. You can't get into government medical college with that score. Getting seat in private itself is a doubt or I say its nill

Government seat is not a possibility. Try applying in a private institution.

No, you won't get any govt medical college.... But you might try for a private college
