Sir, I failed in MATHS in Class 12 board exams 2019. Now, I've registered myself as a failure candidate to reappear in all subjects in 2020. So my question is, will i have to give practicals and submit projects of all subjects like previous year?

Now that you have registered yourself to appear for all the subjects , which means you are repeating 12th standard again. The board views you as a normal 12th grade student.
Hence, you have to appear for all the exams (internals and externals), practicals, assignments etc.
