sir I fill up the cat application form ,but by mistake I do not attach my Nc obc certificate ,can I edit my category or not

mam i belongs to NOMEDIC TRIBE-B (NT-B) category but in the application form of the CAT 2019 their are only GENERAL/ EWS/NC-OBC/SC/ST are listed.. so from which category i should fill out the form? NT-B comes in which category?
