You cannot change your category .Whatever category you have mentioned in JEE mains the same will remain in JEE Advance.You can read official guidelines on the website of JEE Advance.

You can fill OBC category in jee advanced . For this, you have to fulfill the required criteria.

If you want to fill OBC category in jee advanced then you will have to upload OBC category certificate.

Now you cannot change your category, you have to give jee advanced in general category as no changes will be made in what you filled in jee mains form. Because jee advanced do registeration with jee mains details.
