Hey vignesh! After completing your higher secondary education you have to pursue your graduation from any recognised university. After completion of your graduation, then you will be able to give police officer exam.
There are two exam conduct in India for police officer every year.

- •This is higher level examination ,it help students to become an IPS Officer.
•After clearing the three phase of UPSC exam you will become IPS Officer.

- IG (Inspector general of police)
- ADG (additional director general of police)
2.SPSC Exam ( state public service commission )
•State level is lower UPSC .
•After clearing SPSC exam you will become post officer
How to get in SPSC Exam
- The first thing you need choose is your state
- Almost every state in India it's own 'Public Service Commission ' who recruit every candidates into vacant level.
- Most of vacancies at the entry -level are filled by conducting competitive exam every year (in most cases)
- Then higher ranked candidates are selected.
