Hello Siddesh,

This is a very serious problem. They usually send user ID s to the email that you have to enter when registering. So you should check there once. If it is not there then mail the CET authorities of your state via the email you registered with. They will most likely send you your user ID, this also happened to my friend and that is how he got it back.
