Don't worry about that because lots and lots of students do the same mistake in their , if this concern you then you can do nothing now. Since you have signed your attendance sheet so your information will have been received by them.

Hello madam! I have missed writing my question paper code in NIOS 12th exam but i have filled other details and the OMR perfectly. .. So will there be any problem in my result just because i forgot writing the question paper code?!

First of all don't worry about this and focus on your next exam because there is nothing to worry about.
Lakhs of student appear in boards exams every year and i can assure you thousands of students do this mistake even my friends did it top but nothing happened.This will oy cause a little bit trouble for the person who will check you copy and nothing else and the fact that you have signed the attendance sheet which itself contains the information of your question paper and set code is further proof that your copy will be fine.
