Hope you are doing well. You are left with no chances as you have mentioned that all your emails have been deleted. Try checking your SMS inbox as K-CET sends a text message as well soon after the completion of the registration. If you did not get that, then contact KEA support through email requesting them to retrieve your user ID and password. Don't forget to mention your Hall ticket number and also the application number. The contact details are available in the website. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
