For SC category the minimun required percentile is 40th. To secure a govt. seat the best marks to get it is anything above 400 under SC category. However, with a score of 240 marks in NEET under SC category you should be able to secure a seat in private medical colleges.

Really that will be very helpful to you while taking admission in Government College as some special seats are being reserved for each and every special reserved category. Sorry to say, with these marks you cannot get admission to any government college as your marks are quite low for that but yes you can try in private colleges on basis of this.
