As per the aforementioned marks you do qualify NEET as the cut off score for SC category is 146-113. But then again your score is not that high so getting government colleges might be difficult. You can obviously apply for counselling as you did qualify. I would suggest to look for a good college in your domicile state as the chances of getting a better opportunity is more. Incase you do not get a government college do not worry because you would get private or deemed universities for sure.
