With 241 marks in neet and belonging to general category you have very low chances to get medical college in delhi or anywhere in india. 241 marks are too low for a general candidate to fetch private or govt medical seat. You cam opt for any other bachelor's degree or course if you don't have to drop. Otherwise you can drop a year and prepare harder next time.
