Hello,

As far as i am concerned there are total around 525 seats for veterinary courses. For a genral candidate scoring 500 + is considered safe to fetch a veterinary seat. For sc,st its around 450.

With this mark i believe its extremly difficult to het admission in any goverment college for veteronaty courses. More over this year cutoffs are speculated to go much higher than the previous year. And the sepulations have proved to be true as far.

You can refer to the link given below for further information.

Good luck

Hello Subhesh,

To pursue seat for Veterniary in Government college and if you belong to General then you need to score 350-400 in NEET UG 2019. Now, your score is not enough fot Government seat. Hence, You could apply to Private colleges. You need to qualify their entrance test and interview or counciling. Here are the best Veterinary private colleges in India, you can apply to,

  • Mumbai Veterinary College.
  • Krantisinh Nana Patil College of Veterinary Science, Satara.
  • Veterinary College, Hebbal.
  • Rajiv Gandhi College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, TN.
  • College of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry.

BEST WISHES!

The score to be secured in MPPVT 2019 for general category is 80-85%, SC is 70-75%, OBC is 75-80% and ST is 60-65%. Else you could apply to Private college.
