I am here to answer your query. Now Coming to your query, You didn't mention your category and domicile state which are the main criteria in seat intake. Nevertheless, Based on the 2018 cutoff, With 399 score it is not possible to get a seat in West Bengal Government colleges under AIQ whatever category you belong to because for UR category lease cutoff is 540+ and for SC least cutoff is 420+ and for ST it is 405+. Now if you belong to SC/ST category then only you have few chances to get some government colleges in WB that too under State quota if your domicile state is WB. But please don't be disappointed You could try for some private colleges under Management Quota.
