Hi
Your profile suggest that you are from West Bengal
It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 490 marks you may not get a seat in a Government Medical College
For example, In Neet 2019,the lowest marks that got a seat in Government Medical College for obccategory under west Bengal state quota was 510 marks and it was for COOCHBEHAR GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL
With your marks you have chances in private medical college and deemed universities

Dear student At first congratulations and best wishes for your result . I can predict your All India rank is about 55000.I am afraid to say with this marks your chances to get government colleges are almost negative through All India counselling for 15% seats despite of OBC category. You can still try in state counselling for remaining 85% seats . Different state counselling cut offs vary from each other. For different states it depend upon availability of colleges, student number etc various things . You have not mentioned your state . You must mention that for us to answer precisely. You must go for your respective state's counselling. Though chances for you are somewhat tough for you in there also for government colleges for MBBS . You can still get good government dental colleges for BDS .However you can get easily many private medical colleges.
