Sir I get 59 marks out of the cut off 60 marks in HP cet I am eligible to in counselling

Hello,

If we look over the cutoff which is 60 marks you are not eligible to attend the counselling  But if you have passed the exam with passing marks then definitely you would be eligible to attend the counselling. But if the counselling which is to be held is based on the cutoff then you would not be able to attend the counselling. Having a look over a scenario i.e, if there are less candidates for the counselling you might be called to attend it.
