Hello, Ritu. Graduates' Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) is a national-level competitive exam that is a gateway for students who want to pursue M.Pharm from top Pharmacy colleges of India. But it is not mandatory for everyone to attempt and qualify GPAT in order to get chance in pursuing Postgraduate course in Pharmacy. There are many colleges who either conduct their own entrance exams or accept graduates through merit lists based on marks secured in B.Pharm. Although the minimum percentage requirement varies from oen college to other, you must have at least scored 50 percent marks in the qualifying examination. Some Pharmacy institutions also conduct interviews for admission. The merit is then prepared on the basis of your academic qualifications, entrance examination scores, and performance in the interview round.
