According to the category and rank you have mentioned in the question you have very low or almost no chances of getting into HBTU Kanpur as per previous year's cut-off which shows that if any candidate secure his/her All India Rank around 300,000 and belongs to OBC category then you can get admission in HBTU Kanpur and that too with lower branches like Plastic Technology and likewise other branches.
