The percentile for marks obtained varies from year to year as the percentile depend on many factor like category, number of student applied, difficulty level of exam etc. Though it is difficult to tell exact percentile but with previous years percentile analysis we can give you an idea about the rank which youncan expect.
As you have not mentioned your category considering you a general category candidate you can expect an Overall Percentile in between 95-97 with 102 marks.

According to the marks you have mentioned in the question your percentile would be in the range of 96.0 - 96.2 and rank would lies in between 34816 - 40966 respectively. On the basis of this rank it is little bit difficult to get top NITs as per previous year's cut-offs but note that cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
