yes you can get into jntu hyderabad university and you are elligible to get into cse,ece,eee in college.
check out the rules of campus on official website and opt that college in counselling.
as per your caste category you will get the fee reimbuirsement and schoolarship and it also depends of conditions.

Yes you can get the seat in any one of the department.
The previous year cut off was nearly 32 marks from the actual marks
