Hey there,

As per As per your query I would like to tell you you that according to your Marks and based upon the previous year cuttoff marks you have less chances of getting admission in best private medical college. You needed to scored more than 360+ for getting admission in best private medical college. But you need to payed more fee getting admission in private medical college.

As per year the cuttoff marks varies depending upon the number of students appearing in the exam and the difficulty level of exam papers.
