Sir I got 13000 rank in gitam gat 2019 can I get seat in cse with fee concession?

Sorry to say that you are not having the chnaces to get CSE branch .You may get ECE branch in hyderabad campus .The fee concession for the students secured below 2000 will get 25% of fee .
