To get free seat/ full fees reimbursement, your AP EAMCET Rank must be less than 10,000 and your parents must not be Goverment employees and their income must be less than Rs. 2 Lakhs per annum, as you belong to BC-A Category. But you have chances of getting partial fees reimbursement if you meet the eligibility criteria.
For your AP EAMCET Rank it is difficult to get Horticulture free seat in Government Universities based on previous year's cut-offs.
