Hello Manish,

To be able to get Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology (IT) in Bihar, let's assume in NIT Patna, the rank that you have mentioned above will surely not going to be sufficient or suffice for the admission. You should rank around 20k CRL to give yourself a chance in CSE department.
